Kenya judiciary has been making strides in adapting technology. This is an exercise that has been on going for the last three years in phases. So far it has been a success in that most case files have been digitized and now presence of computers in registrar’s desks can be seen.
Their latest development is the introduction of the video conferencing kind of technology in the court rooms. It started with High courts in Nairobi now the latest is Eldoret courts. Things seem to be heading to the right direction and the confidence levels in the judiciary will start rising after all.
The pace is slow but surely we shall be there… no more justice delayed for Kenyans!
